Mike Kenealy Chief Operating officer of at Insiders Corp one of the most experienced expert in the issues regarding American presidential elections exclusively talked with Eurasia Diary regarding his expert analysis.
Eurasia Diary: Could you please explain what is happening in the USA around presidential campaigns? How do you see the pre-election scenario in America?
Mike Kenealy: Right now candidates are polling about 50 percent, it’s any once race but on the ground my take is look around the Hillary side and Donald Trump has a lot of ground support. As far as the media it’s not good with him, however he is climbing. So it’s a right race but I can see the Donald Trump will come out at the end of day.
Eurasia Diary: This precedential election differs from the previous. We are observing very sarcastic and humiliating tactic So, how can you explain the behavior of both candidates?
Mike Kenealy: I have never seen the tactics like this, in any presidential elections. As an outsider looker I see that the campaign of Hillary Clinton has Media in its pocket. Many Americans are attracted by the fact that Media supports Clinton. At the same time, if you are going back, no any analysts could predict that Republicans can nominee Donald Trump as their representative. Any analyst going back last year never thought that Donald Trump will grab the republican nomination. The media is in the pocket of Hillary Clinton and its really alarming.
Eurasia Diary: As you know, there is a lot of propaganda against Trump that criticizes his claims about his expulsion of migrants and Muslims. How do you think Donald Trump can be beneficial for the American people and for the rest of the world?
Mike Kenealy: I think that this is a lot of disinformation come out from Hillary Clinton campaign. I do not think that Donald Trump is following this campaign closely. I think, Donald Trump’s opinion is that the people we are bringing form the problematic countries gotten are better than how they are being invaded now. Trump thinks that it is better to know who is invading the country and I think many Americans support his position in this issue.
Eurasia Diary: What do you think regarding American foreign policy? Do you think it will be continued or there should be any changes?
Mike Kenealy: I think, right now American foreign policy is very weak and if Hillary Clinton is elected as a President we will see the same policy continues as it is now performed by Barack Obama. I guess, we should expect major changes in the American Foreign Policy if Trump comes to power. He is going to bring new people and new blood and new ideas. The Republicans think a lot difference than the Democrats.
Eurasia Diary: You as an expert and very close observer of the American presidential elections, so, what do you think is the main and common point for Americans to be attracted by the Trump’s campaign?
Mike Kenealy: The United States got problem with illegal immigration. We do not know who is in the USA, who is crossing our borders. People use public assistance for years and that hurts the U.S. So, Trump is bringing this claim about necessity in borders’ security, especially today with terrorism and drugs trafficking. Many people are wondering to secure the borders of America. They see this problem every day and they recognize it.
Eurasia Diary: In the last months we observe several serious terrorist’s incidents across the USA, how do you think this situation will affect the presidential campaign?
Mike Kenealy: I guess this situation works on Trump because Trump called this last year. He saw this is coming. If you look at the campaign of Hillary Clinton and Obama’s claims, they are downplaying the ongoing terrorism. All terroristic attacks that are happening in America, for example, in the shopping mall, in the night club in Florida, all of these events are alarming.
Eurasia Diary: Do you believe that when Donald Trump becomes a President of the United States he will build the wall between the USA and Mexico and all expenses will be covered by Mexico?
Mike Kenealy: Yes, I do. I think, Donald Trump is a great negotiator. He will rework some agreements that we have with Mexico and in return he can get some money to build that wall he wants.
Eurasia Diary: Is there any chance that he can take some soft stance on his agenda that he is presenting to the American population during the elections?
Mike Kenealy: Actually, you can see it a little bit. He is suffering on some of his stands to appeal the black vote in the U.S. But he has many new people involved in his campaign.
