The remarks were made during the 4th Sustainable Development Goals Dialogue in Baku, themed around Azerbaijan's forthcoming voluntary national review and the advancement of women's economic opportunities. The event also included consultations with stakeholders to assess progress on the fifth SDG, further emphasizing Azerbaijan's commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
