"We will see the resumption of regular flights to Baku-Sofia, said President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev during a joint statement to the press following an expanded meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Ednews reports.
Rumen Radev stated that he and President Ilham Aliyev have known each other for more than 7 years: "I am a witness to his courageous vision. He is determined to develop Azerbaijan dynamically. The green energy initiative is also a result of his efforts. Therefore, I was not surprised by the decision to entrust COP29 to Azerbaijan. We are ready to support this event at both institutional and expert levels."
