A car passes a shaftless ferris wheel over the Bailong River Bridge in Weifang, east China’s Shandong Province, yesterday.
The 145-meter-tall ferris wheel, the largest of its kind in the world, has 36 cars. Each car can hold between eight to 10 people.
The body of the wheel does not rotate but the cars revolve along a rail and every circle takes about 30 minutes.
It will be open to the public soon.
