Ellie Goulding, Dua Lipa and Bastille have been named among the performers at a big charity gig which will take place at the SSE Wembley Arena in London next month.
Goulding will headline the gig, which is being held to raise funds for the homeless charity Streets of London – which “funds specialist support for people who are homeless in London, and raises awareness about homelessness.”
This’ll be the fifth annual Streets of London benefit show, and will see Goulding play alongside the likes of Dua Lipa, Bastille, Mabel, Sigrid and Grace Carter on the night. Jax Jones and Dermot Kennedy complete the line-up.
To date, the gigs have raised over £300,000 for the charity over the past five years. Commenting on Goulding’s continued partnership with the charity, Streets of London said: “At a time when – according to recent figures – there are a record number of people sleeping rough in London, this extra funding to support Streets of London’s work is more welcome than ever.
“To date, Streets of London concerts featuring Ellie Goulding have raised more than £300,000 in aid of the charity. This year’s event will increase that total even further, so we’re very grateful to Ellie for her ongoing support.”
The benefit gig will take place at the SSE Wembley Arena in London on December 20, and tickets for the show go on sale on Friday (November 16) at 9 am.
Last month, Goulding’s new collaborative single ‘Close To Me’ – which she recorded with Diplo and Rae Sremmurd‘s Swae Lee – was released.
