Same as mothers, fathers will also have the right to receive an age-related labor pension with favorable conditions for children in Azerbaijan, it was reflected in the proposed amendment to the law "On Labor Pensions", which was discussed at today's session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), Ednews reports.
According to the law, among the list of conditions allowing concessions, the case of children who have lost their parents or are deprived of parental care will also be included.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
