Azerbaijani political analyst Elkhan Shahinoglu thinks that Azerbaijan has to press Armenia by local military operations for achieving his goal over Nagorno Karabakh talks.

'Large-scale and long-term military operations will not be allowed by regional powers, so short-term military pressure can force Armenia for getting results," political expert thinks.

Azerbaijan has powerful allies such as Turkey, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, even if in CSTO like Belarus and Kazakhstan. 'April Four-Day War' shows us that CSTO is no so effective organization for Armenia, Azerbaijan close relations with Belarus and Kazakhstan will make them no to participate against Azerbaijan.

"Lukashenko confessed that during the pressure by Russia, Azerbaijan helped Belarus by granting 200 million dollars," Shahinoglu said. This type of facts proves the high-level relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus.

By the way, we should note that Azerbaijan bought a huge amount of arms by Belarus like Polonez Multiple Launch Rocket System.

"Azerbaijan is a small country so we can't influence regional powers for pressing Armenia," political analyst stressed. But, Azerbaijani communities abroad should be active for changing the position of regional and global powers in favour of us.

Armenian officials don't intend in the negotiation process so Azerbaijan makes them sit behind the table. Little military pressures are an effective way in this way and Azerbaijan is successful in that.
