Jose Mourinho has accepted a one-year prison sentence in Spain for tax fraud.
The former Manchester United manager was accused of owing Spanish tax authorities nearly €3.3 million (£2.9million).
It is understood that he won't spend any time in prison, as under Spanish law, first-time offenders do not normally serve jail time for sentences of two years or less.
It is reported by the Mirror that Mourinho will also pay a fine of around £1.75 million after appearing at the Provincial Court on Tuesday to accept the sanction.
He seemingly accepted a six-month term for each of the two tax-related crimes he was accused of, totaling a one-year suspended sentence.
