The Royal Malaysian Navy on Tuesday reported that ten people were killed when two helicopters crashed into each other while practicing for a naval parade, Ednews reports via Times of India.
The navy reported that a tragic incident took place during a rehearsal for their upcoming 90th-anniversary celebration at a naval base located in northern Perak state. The accident involved two helicopters, resulting in the loss of all crew members on board.
"All victims were confirmed dead on site," the navy stated in a concise statement, mentioning that the remains of the deceased have been transported to the hospital for identification purposes.
