"A Turkish delegation to be represented at the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Centre has arrived in Azerbaijan."
The statement came from Defence Ministry spokesman Colonel Vagif Dargahli, Eurasia Diary reports.
He noted that the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, established in accordance with the relevant item of the joint statement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of Armenia, will start operating today.
"Turkish servicemen, who will be represented at the Joint Monitoring Centre, have arrived in Azerbaijan. I would also like to note that the Russian servicemen, who will be represented at the Joint Monitoring Centre, are already in our country, "he said.
