A massive grave with at least 283 bodies was discovered in the courtyard of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip after the Israeli troops left the area on April 7, Colonel Yamen Abu Suleiman, director of Civil Defense in Khan Younis, told CNN on Monday.
"There were signs of field executions. We do not know if they were buried alive or executed. Most of the bodies are decomposed,"Suleiman revealed.
However, the Israeli military has not yet made any comment on the discovery of an alleged mass grave following its operation in Khan Younis that lasted approximately four months.
