Kazakh president hails relations with Uzbekistan

The relations between two Central Asian states boost by the implementation of several projects. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev hails the cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, KazTAG reported.

"I have conducted successful negotiations with president Mirziyoyev. We have discussed a wide spectrum of interaction directions between our states which have been developing in harmony. I have marked huge contribution of Elbasy (first president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev-KazTAG) into development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The cooperation has favorable prospects. A number of documents have been signed by the results of the meeting," wrote Tokayev in Twitter.

According to UzTAG Samarkand and Turkestan have been connected by bus communication.

"Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have launched a new international bus Samarkand-Turkestan," reports the administration of Samarkand region.

The buses will depart daily at 18.00 from Altyn Orda bus station to Samarkand.

"Launch of the buses will help Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to boost tourists flow," the message said.
