Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan signed an agreement on avoidance of double taxation, Deputy Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan Dastan Kadyrov said at the Kyrgyz-Turkemn roundtable discussion.
"We will create good conditions for business. I think the Turkmen side will also ratify the document soon. We adopted their practice. Your businessmen will be able to get registered here and work on the territory of Kyrgyzstan and pay less taxes. We have a free capital export. The new legislation will make a zero rate. Now we are holding a fiscal reform for making huge deals. You will not have to get companies registered in Singapore or Hongkong, but you can work through Kyrgyzstan," he addressed the Turkmen side.
