During January of this year, the consumption prices index in Azerbaijan made up 103.3% compared to the same period of 2020, including 104.6% for food products, beverages and tobacco products, 103.5% for non-food products, and 101.3% for paid services rendered to population, says the statement of the State Statistics Committee, Eurasia Diary reports citing APA.
“In January of 2021, the consumption prices index made up 101.2% compared to the previous month. In January, the consumption prices index for food products, beverages and tobacco products made up 101,4% compared to the previous month," says the report.
In January of 2021, the consumption prices index for non-food products made up 102.5% compared to the previous month.
