Cristiano Ronaldo and Conor McGregor are set to become neighbours in Marbella with the former having just bought a £1.3 million holiday villa there, Daily Mail reports.
According to the Sun, Ronaldo has purchased a property on the same luxury development in the area that McGregor resides in.
It expands the Juventus star's housing portfolio with the four-bedroom Marbella mansion taking his property empire to £27m.
Ronaldo and McGregor are not believed to be direct neighbours but are just a few doors down from each other in the luxurious area on southern Spain’s Costa del Sol.
Their new homes are hi-tech facilities on an exclusive development called 'The Heights' set on the La Resina golf and country club estate.
The villas are set by a golf course and boast LED driveways, private gyms, cinema rooms and infinity pools.
Interior-wise there are rafts of ceiling-to-floor windows which provide views of the Mediterranean, while there it also has high ceilings and floating staircases to give a sense of spaciousness.
The whole housing development area itself is valued at £15m and has become know as 'The Superstars Cul De Sac'.
Ronaldo is currently with Juventus as their pre-season preparations continue ahead of the new season.
The 34-year-old didn't play in their final match of their tour of Asia in which they drew 3-3 to a K-League All Stars team in Seoul.
Juve's No 7 didn't play in the friendly due to muscle fatigue, according to manager Maurizio Sarri.
