Speaking at a press conference on April 25 in Vladivostok, after a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, V.Putin said that the future of relations between Russia and Ukraine depends on official Kiev: "It will depend on the policy pursued by Ukraine's new political leadership. We are ready to restore these relations in all directions. But we cannot do it unilaterally."
Let us note that the second round of presidential elections in Ukraine was held on April 21, with Vladimir Zelensky taking 73.22% and running president Petro Poroshenko 24.45%.
