Speaking at a news conference, Mnatsakanyan predicted chances of a broader process "going beyond the bilateral format". Eurasia Diary reports citing to Tert.am.
″We are, sadly, in a situation which sees no commendable reality in that respect. That's a reality of rejecting the Zurich process, continuing the blockade, demonstrating bias and continuing the Genocide denial,″ he noted.
Asked to comment on the Russian-Turkish cooperation in Syria's north, the minister admitted that the issue is increasingly sensitive for Armenia. ‟And we express it in the sense of underlining the diplomatic function. As for the rest of other developments, they are too dynamic and multi-layer,″ Mnatsakanyan added.
