Berdimuhamedov stressed the strengthening of good-neighborly ties that have become traditional with all the countries of Central Asia, Afghanistan, Iran, and Azerbaijan.
The head of state noted that Ashgabat will pay great attention to expanding cooperation with Turkey.
He emphasized that Turkmenistan supports fruitful cooperation with China and will use all available opportunities to expand these relations.
G. Berdimuhamedov brought into attention that expanding relations with Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, India, Pakistan and the countries of the Middle East are in the list of Turkmen foreign policy priorities.
He emphasized that Ashgabat has significantly intensified relations with the states of the American continent. "Among them, I want to highlight the United States. The open and fruitful political ties between Turkmenistan and the United States give us the opportunity to successfully build cooperation in the fields of economy, education and culture," the Turkmen leader said.
