Russian First Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershin said the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will not affect Russian-Turkish relations.
Eurasia Diary reports citing the Middle East Monitor, he said that Nagorno-Karabakh conflict would not negatively affect Turkish-Russian relations in Syria.
"All I can say is that the problem is currently being discussed in the UN Security Council, and the consensus is that a ceasefire is a key issue."
Vershin also touched upon relations with Turkey.
"We have a good understanding in Syria and Libya, and it will continue."
