Unfortunately, this does not happen at that time. Now, we see the real situation on the ground which was achieved as a result of personal mediation efforts of the President of Russia".

As a result of his many hours' negotiations with the Azerbaijani President and Armenian Prime minister agreement dated November 9 took place. By the way, in addition to the cessation of military operations, the reached agreements based on earlier formed principles by Russia and other co-chairs. At this meeting an agreement was reached on the development of mechanisms for opening economic and transport communications in the region. Not only Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, but also Iran, Turkey, and Georgia have felt the peaceful living of this region, being in kind neighboring condition and prosperity of this region. In general, initiatives on establishing new relations of three countries of South Caucasus, taking into account the new reality with the attendance of three neighboring countries Russia, Iran, and Turkey, are voiced.
