The head of state noted that the Turkish President has visited Azerbaijan many times: “However, it is the first time we are together in the land of Karabakh, Shusha. This visit has historic importance. Because the joint declaration, Allied Relations declaration signed today raises our relations to the highest level. The name of the declaration is a declaration on Allied Relations. This name in itself shows, says everything. Today we have established qualitatively new relations. And all the provisions of this declaration are a guarantee of our future cooperation.”
