The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, has assessed the resumption of fighting in the Gaza Strip as a disaster, Ednews informs referring to TASS.
In a statement issued in Geneva, he called on all parties to the conflict and countries with influence on them to immediately take steps to achieve a ceasefire.
