Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs James C. O’Brien will travel to Baku, Azerbaijan, and Bucharest and Tulcea, Romania, on December 6–8, Ednews informs.
"Glad to be traveling to Azerbaijan and Romania, where I will meet with officials on moving peace forward in the South Caucasus and participate and engage with senior officials on grain exports," O’Brien said on X.
James O’Brien noted that in Romania, he will participate and engage with senior officials on grain exports.
