According to the information provided by Ramiz Teymurov, chairman of Fuzuli voting district No. 84, there are 54,457 voters in 77 polling stations in the district, and 1,020 observers were registered to monitor the election process.
3,619 voters were registered in territories freed from occupation. Thus, 1,292 people registered in voting station No. 77, where the elections are ongoing, are residents of Fuzuli.
1351 people were registered in voting station No. 75 and 976 people were registered in voting station No. 76.
6 million 478 thousand 623 voters with the right to vote were registered across the country. Voters will vote in 6537 voting stations. 26 stations operate in the liberated territories. Also, about 23,000 voters in 37 countries will be able to vote in 49 voting stations.
More than 90,000 observers were registered to observe the elections. 790 of them are international observers. More than 50,000 observers are representatives of 19 political parties. In addition, 83 non-governmental organizations operating in Azerbaijan are also conducting observations. Also, 216 representatives of 109 international media organizations are monitoring the election process.
It should be noted that IEPF performs its observation mission in 31 districts, including 21 different cities (districts). Here, in addition to the capital Baku, we have big cities such as Khankendi, Shusha, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Zangilan, Jabrayil, Tartar, Barda, Goranboy, Naftalan, Ganja, Samukh, Beylagan, Kurdemir, Hajigabul, Khirdalan and Sumgait.
It should be noted that IEPF, which directly participated in the creation of election coalitions in 2008 and 2013, was selected for its active participation in the elections held in other years.
