Joint Russian-Turkish Monitoring Centre stationed in Azerbaijan's Aghdam has ceased its activities today, Ednews reports.
On this occasion, a solemn ceremony is being held at the Türkiye-Russia Joint Monitoring Center organized by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
In this regard, a media tour was organized for a group of media representatives.
Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army Colonel-General Karim Valiyev, the ambassadors of Türkiye and Russia, and other persons take part in the ceremony.
