A ship traveling through the Red Sea was hit on Thursday, likely by Yemen's Houthi group, according to the British security firm Ambrey, quoted by AFP, Ednews reports.
The vessel made a distress call near the fourth-largest city in Yemen, Hodeida, and a nearby warship responded to it.
Details on injuries or damage remain unclear and neither the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), nor the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) have reported the incident.
