Georgia has preserved peace not only for itself but also for Europe, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili said, Ednews informs.
Papuashvili noted that if the war started in Georgia, the European Union would also suffer.
“If war breaks out here, we will be destroyed and the EU itself will suffer. The only and shortest, fastest route to Asia would be closed. Some Europeans do not understand it,” the speaker said.
