During a press conference following expanded talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that they discussed a wide range of economic cooperation issues.
According to Ednews, Putin emphasized that Russia and Azerbaijan are important economic partners to each other, and every area of collaboration holds strategic significance for both nations.
Putin further noted that Russia ranks among the largest investors in the Azerbaijani market, and Russian companies feel very comfortable in Azerbaijan.
