The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdymukhammedov, has sent a letter of congratulations to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. According to APA, the letter says:

It is an honor for me to extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to you on the occasion of the sacred Ramadan holiday.
I sincerely believe that this radiant holiday, which celebrates the greatest human values of spiritual purity and high moral qualities, will contribute to the development of relations between our countries, strengthening friendship, mutual support, and unity among all the Muslim Ummah.
I wish you good health and happiness, and I wish the people of Azerbaijan peace, tranquility, and prosperity. May all your prayers and good deeds be accepted by Almighty Allah.”
