X Holdings Corp. owner Elon Musk said the company will provide funds for legal expenses for users of the platform who were "unfairly treated" by their employers "due to posting or liking something."
There will be "no limit" on providing funds for such cases, he specified in a message he posted on X, the successor of Twitter.
Earlier this week, X sued the Center for Countering Digital Hate in a federal court, claiming that the CCDH was behind a "scare campaign to drive away advertisers from the X platform" and that the nonprofit organization "falsely claim[ed] it had statistical support showing the platform is overwhelmed with harmful content."
