Dear Mr. President Ilham Aliyev,
"Friends of Azerbaijan" strongly condemns the rocket attack by Armenia against Ganja, the second largestcity in Azerbaijan, targeting civilians and killing innocent people as a result.

This attack is an open act of aggression committed by Armenia against innocent people and is considered awar crime.
Armenia's continued targeting of civilians in violation of the ceasefire agreement is a manifestation of itsaggressive plans and policies against Azerbaijan.
