Kansas city faced severe weather on Tuesday night. Violent tornadoes left damages at houses, power lines and left dozen people injured.
National Weather Service warned residents to take shelter after tornado strikes, USA Today reported. Meteorologists warned stormy winds and flash flooding moving towards eastern Kansas and western Missouri.
13,000 customer lost power throught the state.

Mark Duffin, 48 got information from his wife about tornadoes moving to his house, Associated Press reported. He said that he saw how tornado destroyed his house's wall.
“I’m just glad I found my two dogs alive,” he said. “Wife’s alive, family’s alive, I’m alive. So, that’s it.”
27 reports of tornado were showed in the website of the weather service on Tuesday mainly in Kansas and Missouri but also in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
"While large hail, damaging winds and flooding will be the main threats from these storms, the danger of tornadoes cannot be overstated," AccuWeather Meteorologist Brett Edwards said, AccuWeather reported.
