Kyrgyzstan should not have family and clan ruling, President Sooronbai Jeenbekov said at the meeting with heads of media organizations of Kyrgyzstan on November 2 in Bishkek, Eurasia Diary reports citing AKIpress.
“The talks reach me saying that Jeenbekov has become Bakiev and his brothers influence all decisions. People have seen clan ruling, when wife and children influenced, people remember that. I have experienced that story,” the President said.
President Jeenbekov pledged to undertake actions in case his relatives or brothers will interfere.
“If you have some facts, send them to us,” he said.
“Nobody advises me, I have my own experience and I make decisions on my own,” the President stressed.
“I listen to all, but I make decision myself,” the President concluded.
