2292 cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed in Bishkek as of July 1, said mayor Aziz Surakmatov at the briefing, EDNews.net reports citing AKIpress.
The number coronavirus patients are growing daily over the past 10 days. “On June 22, there were 82 coronavirus patients and 195 cases were detected per day by July 1,” he said.
21 people people died of coronavirus in Bishkek, the number of lethal cases has increased sharply over the past 10 days, the mayor noted.
3706 people are under medical supervision, Surakmatov added.
