Russia's popular Ria Novosti news agency has highlighted the ongoing fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh, targeting civilians and settlements.
According to the Eurasia Diary, the report said that the Azerbaijani cities of Ganja, Beylagan, Tartar and Barda were struck from the territory of Armenia with artillery.
President of the International Eurasian Press Foundation Umud Mirzayev also visited the area while Ria Novosti was assessing the area.
According to him, the city's infrastructure was severely damaged and some people were killed and injured as a result of the blows.
According to the Defense Ministry, the Armenian armed forces fired on the villages of Tartar, Barda, Aghdam, Agjabadi, Fizuli and Jabrayil regions today.
