Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said on Sunday that he will travel to China next month for meetings with the country's President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang.
Albanese stated he will visit Beijing and Shanghai from November 4 to November 7 and noted his visit marks "an important step towards ensuring a stable and productive relationship" between the two countries.
The Australian prime minister also announced that Canberra and Beijing agreed to suspend their dispute on wine duties in the World Trade Organization (WTO) after China decided to "undertake an expedited review of its duties."
