Elon Musk, the owner of social media network X, formerly known as Twitter, announced his intention to file a "thermonuclear lawsuit" against Media Matters.
The media watchdog group had raised concerns about advertisements from IBM Corp, Oracle Corp. and others appearing alongside antisemitic material on X. The move prompted tech and media giants like Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc, Apple Inc. and The Walt Disney Co. to pull their ads from Musk's social media platform.
The billionaire, on Saturday, criticized the group, accusing it of misrepresenting the reality of the situation and launching a "fraudulent attack" on his company.
