Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned on Tuesday Russia's latest mass missile strikes in a Telegram post.
He underlined that Moscow would "answer for every life taken." The head of state shared that "almost a hundred missiles of various types" were fired toward Ukraine, with close to 60 of them targeting Kiev. He further noted that 70 rockets were down by Ukraine's defense forces.
Earlier, Ukrainian officials revealed that as a result of these attacks, residential buildings, as well as energy and water infrastructure, were hit, with close to 260,000 users being cut off from power supplies.
