Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CIS countries. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, in response to Panorama.am's inquiry, Ednews reports.
"In response to your inquiry: Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CIS to be held in [the Belarusian capital of] Minsk on April 12," the MFA was informed.
