As long as Lukashenko is the president, no official representative of Armenia will visit Belarus, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Ednews reports.
"I declare that from this moment on, as long as Lukashenko is the president, no official representative of Armenia will visit Belarus," the Prime Minister noted.
