The chances of achieving peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia are as high as never before, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said at a joint press conference with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Berlin, according to Ednews.
He said they discussed the situation between Armenia and Azerbaijan and share the opinion that it should be settled peacefully.
