The next migration caravan has been sent to the Sarijali village of the Agdam region.
EDnews informs that 35 families- 158 people are being resettled to the reconstructed Sarijali village of the Agdam region at this stage.Of the resettled families, 16 are from Baku, 14 are from Agdam, 3 are from Yevlakh, and 2 are from Agjabedi regions.
The resettled families are former internally displaced persons who have temporarily settled in various regions of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.Thus, with this migration process, the number of those resettled to the Sarijali village of the region will reach 767 people.
It should be noted that currently, more than 40,000 people live in the Karabakh and East Zangezur regions, including former internally displaced persons who have been resettled there, people working on the ongoing reconstruction and construction projects, as well as individuals performing official duties in local structures of various state institutions, and specialists operating in the fields of healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry and energy.
