The Milli Majlis has ratified two Memoranda of Understanding between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.
EDnews reports, the matter was put up for discussion at the meeting of the extraordinary session of the Azerbaijani parliament held on July 4.
The meeting provided information on draft bills on the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on cooperation in the field of plant protection and quarantine, and the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and the Transport General Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the mutual recognition of certificates in accordance with regulation I/10 of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (with annexes)., dated 1978.
Both drafts were put to a vote and adopted in one reading.
