"Nine Senses Fest 2025" begins in Baku

“Nine Senses Fest 2025” will begin in Baku on May 2.

EDnews reports that the event is being held for the second time with the initiative and support of Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and President of the Azerbaijan Yoga Federation.Under the slogan “From Tradition to Action”, the festival combines ancient knowledge with modern approaches and promises participants yoga and meditation sessions, concerts and music therapy, Sufi and Eastern philosophy, art therapy and female energy sessions, a “Made in Azerbaijan” fair.

Thus, the participants’ bodies and minds will be renewed with sun salutations, Sufi practices, breathing exercises, yoga nidra and Sivananda yoga, which began at dawn. World-class masters such as Bharat Thakur, Sudhakar Dass and Nandan Gautam will lead the process. At the same time, live performances by Chingiz Mustafayev will also take place. Sufi dances, sema rituals, Sufi music therapy, acquaintance with ancient Chinese and Slavic medicine, all of which will help participants find inner harmony.

In addition, neurography, aromatherapy, women's circles, Ebru art and sound therapy will stimulate the discovery of artistic and emotional potential. The "Made in Azerbaijan" fair will present more than 200 local brands with their products.

It should be noted that the festival is open to anyone who wants to rediscover themselves, those interested in a healthy lifestyle, those open to meditation, yoga and personal development practices, visitors who want to get acquainted with local brands, as well as those who simply want to relax their soul, experience unity with music and nature.
