Ednews reports citing to the news published on the "AzadIran" Telegram channel that just one day after the Iranian embassy called the deployment of troops and military equipment on the border of Azerbaijan unjustified, the commander of the "Hamza Seyid al-Shuhada" Headquarters of the IRGC Ground Forces, Ali Akbarpur Jamshidiyan, arrived at the border with an armored vehicle of the IRGC. confirmed the deployment of artillery and military equipment.
It should be recalled that after the images of Iran's deployment of troops to Azerbaijan's border were spread on social networks in the last few days, the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan issued a statement on Wednesday and claimed:
"The distribution of fake videos and news by unknown and biased sources regarding the deployment of Iranian military equipment in the border regions is categorically denied by the Iranian Armed Forces."
It should be noted that the SEPAH commander said that the purpose of sending armored vehicles to the border of Azerbaijan is to protect security in the northwestern and western provinces of Iran.
