A delegation led by Speaker of Latvian Saeima Daiga Mieriņa has arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan for an official visit on May 18, Ednews reports.
Daiga Mieriņa and the delegation have been welcomed by Head of Working Group of Azerbaijani Parliament on Azerbaijani-Latvian Interparliamentary Relations Kamran Babayev, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Latvia Elnur Sultanov, Head of International Relations Department of Azerbaijani Parliament Ilkin Mammadov and other officials at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, decorated with flags of both states.
