After the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from occupation, mass graves began to be discovered. As these graves are discovered, the identities of the people who have gone missing until now are revealed.
Mass human remains are once again a clear example of atrocities and vandalism committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis for years and show the most disgusting face of the separatists.
As a result of recent searches, the corpses of 10 citizens, including 1 civilian and 9 military personnel, were discovered.
Umud Mirzayev, president of the International Eurasia Press Fund, told Ednews that the discovery of mass graves is a clear manifestation of disgusting Armenian vandalism.
"The main reason for their resistance to the opening of the Zangazur Corridor is that they are worried about their barbaric acts being revealed. After our lands were freed from occupation, mass graves began to be discovered regularly. We know that in the early 1990s, during the Khojaly events alone, more than 4,000 Azerbaijani citizens were captured. After that, more than 900 of our villages, cities, townships and districts were occupied. As the settlements I mentioned were occupied, people were captured and taken hostage. I think the numbers are bigger."
U. Mirzayev also noted that if investigations are conducted inside the territory of Armenia, we will witness such mass graves.
"In the late 1980s, about 500,000 Azerbaijanis were deported from the territories of Armenia. Many people were killed and taken hostage among these people. I can say with certainty that the names of most of these people are not in that 4,000-person list. If research is conducted inside the territory of Armenia, we will witness such mass graves. Perhaps, the main reason for their resistance to the opening of the Zangezur Corridor is that they are worried about their brutal acts being revealed.
I think that Armenia should answer for all the atrocities committed, and the world has no right to be silent about it!"
