Under the Order of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Ulvi Vagif Bakhshaliyev has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Moldova, Ednews reports.
Noted that by another Order of the President, Ulvi Vagif Bakhshaliyev, was recalled from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Belarus.
