In the early morning of July 7, Russian troops struck Ukraine's Kharkiv with Shahed-type attack drones, the city's mayor Ihor Terekhov wrote in Telegram, EDnews reports.
Explosions were heard in the city, and at least 20 people were injured, including children.
"Kharkiv was just attacked by two enemy Shahed-type drones," Terekhov confirmed.
The Shevchenkivskyi and Slobidskyi districts of the city were hit.
