An international conference dedicated to National Salvation Day and the second anniversary of the signing of the Shusha Declaration was held in Shusha under the joint organization of the New Azerbaijan Party and the Justice and Development Party, Ednews reports.
On June 15, an international conference dedicated to National Salvation Day and the second anniversary of the signing of the Shusha Declaration was held in the city of Shusha under the joint organization of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and the Justice and Development Party of Türkiye (AK Party) as part of the Heydar Aliyev Year.
First, conference participants paid tribute to the Great Leader's memory by laying flowers in front of the bust of Heydar Aliyev, the founder of modern independent Azerbaijan and the National Leader of our people, in the administrative building of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan's special representation in Shusha district.
At the event, the Republic of Azerbaijan's National Anthem and the Republic of Türkiye's National Anthem were performed.
Later, the film "From Salvation to Victory" was screened.
At the conclusion of the conference, a commemorative photograph was shot.
The conference attendees became acquainted with the construction works underway in the city of Shusha.
Later, they visited Yukhari Govharaga Mosque and Saatli Mosque, as well as the photo exhibition "Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh" commemorating our National Leader's 100th anniversary, and the exhibition honoring the 19th century encyclopedist scientist Mir Mohsun Navvab.
